With household materials, you can have a cleaning solution ready in no time. All you really need is half a cup of ammonia and a cup of warm water. You can soak your jewelry in it for about 15 minutes, and then rub clean with a soft cloth. You can then let them air dry on a clean linen towel.For diamond jewelry, especially things you wear everyday like silver charm bracelets, rub a small amount of white toothpaste using a small toothbrush to make it shine again.
