Gem colors aren?t always obvious
What color is a sapphire? I bet there is a reasonable amount of people out there who don?t know the answer to this question! It may seem obvious, but it isn?t to those who aren?t familiar with their gemstones. Bonus points go to those who realize this as a trick question. Sapphire, are mostly blue [...]

October 2010 ? Charm Bracelet Contest Result
It’s almost mid November already…the night is setting in so early now, by the time I get off work it’s already dark! As much as I like sporting my winter wardrobe, I really do miss the summer’s long day and short nights. On the bright side, winter brings a lot of family gather time and [...]

Is bigger better when it comes to rings?
One of the biggest thing I know are engagement rings, and the bigger they get, the more expensive they certainly get. Honestly, a ring is not amazing depending on its size, but more so on the way it makes a person feel. Saying yes to a big ring is a lot easier than saying no to one. [/caption] If you present a huge ring when proposing, the girl will have that much more trouble saying no to it. It’s true, I mean, come to think of it, the more money that is invested, the more likely a person will agree. The only problem I have with this is that looks can be deceiving. A huge ring does not always mean it will work. There are people out there who want conservative and comfort over size and appearance. If interested, you can read a story about this here. Also, come check out some white gold charm bracelets. It’s just a little something to think about.

October 2010 – Charm Bracelet Contest Result
It's almost mid November already...the night is setting in so early now, by the time I get off work it's already dark! As much as I like sporting my winter wardrobe, I really do miss the summer's long day and short nights. On the bright side, winter brings a lot of family gather time and fun festivities! I can't wait until Thanksgiving dinner...and Christmas! Back to the purpose of this post. I would like to announce the winner for our October charm bracelet contest! A very warm thank you for both our finalists and a big congratulation to our winner, Sterling from CO! Her story is very fun to read and from her story, I can tell how much she and her husband love their little girls! For Sterling, I actually wanted to give her a #1 mom charm, however, I think this tooth charm might hold a more significant meaning; after all, she is the "tooth fairy."
Thank you Sterling for sharing your charm bracelet story with us! If you missed the blog post with her story, please refer to Charm Story Contest – October 2010 Don't forget to share your own charm bracelet story with us! We'd love to hear about it!
